DAY 1: MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE
Departure from the terminal heading south along the land of Don Quixote, “The Man of La Mancha”. Brief stop at the typical Don Quixote sale in Puerto Lapice. Through the natural pass of “Despeñaperros” we reach Andalusia, a region with an enormous heritage of a splendid past. Arrival in Cordoba. Visit of its impressive Mosque/Cathedral that will relax our mind and encourage us to walk through the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, after a short journey of about two hours, arrival in Seville. Accommodation at the hotel.
DAY 2: SEVILLE
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, a monumental and panoramic tour of the city, including entrance to the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter’s in Rome. Typical Barrio de Santa Cruz, natural scene of “Carmen” as well as place where the myth of “Don Juan” was developed. María Luisa Park and Plaza de España. – Free afternoon to discover different perspectives and specific flavors of this active city full of light. Accommodation at the hotel. Optional visit of a Flamenco show.
DAY 3: SEVILLE - RONDA - COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast at the hotel, departure south along the route of the White Towns towards Ronda; Free time to admire this city of Celtic origin with wonderful views of the valley and the mountains. In the afternoon, continue to one of the most modern and important areas of international tourist interest, the Costa del Sol. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4: COSTA DEL SOL - FEZ
After breakfast at the hotel departure along the tourist route of the Costa del Sol, via internationally known towns such as Marbella and Puerto Banus, arrival in Algeciras or Tarifa. Boarding the ferry for a short and interesting crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar bound for Africa. Arrival in Morocco, disembarkation, customs formalities and continuation by coach via Larache to Fez, the most monumental of the Imperial Cities, its University of “Karaouyne” is the largest Islamic sanctuary in Morocco, ancient theological schools, etc. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
DAY 5: FEZ
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the oldest and most monumental of the Imperial Cities, visiting the most interesting places: the 7 gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter or Mellah, the Bab Bou Jelous gate and a walk through its grandiose Medina or ancient city, declared World Heritage Site. DAY 6: FES - RABAT - MARRAKECH
Breakfast and departure to Rabat, the diplomatic and administrative capital of Morocco. Visit of Rabat, visiting the outer doors of the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Hassan tower. Continuation of the trip to Marrakech. Arrival in Marrakesh. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
DAY 7: MARRAKESH
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning visit of the city including the Koutoubia Tower, twin of La Giralda in Seville, Saadian Tombs and Bahia Palace. In the afternoon, a walk through the medina and souks and through the magical Jma El Fna square, full of fortune tellers, snake charmers, acrobats, dancers, all of which makes the city center an open-air theater that requires audience participation. Don’t forget your camera. Return to hotel and leisure. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Optionally dinner and show at “Fantasia Chez Ali”.
DAY 8: MARRAKESH
Breakfast. Free day to continue enjoying the city. Possibility of optional excursions. Consult our staff at destination. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
DAY 9: MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA
Breakfast. Departure by coach to Casablanca, the cosmopolitan, industrial and economic heart of Morocco. Upon arrival, panoramic tour of the largest city in Morocco visiting the most interesting places such as the exteriors of the Hassan II Great Mosque, Boulevard de la Corniche, United Nations Square, Habbous neighborhood, Anfa residential neighborhood. Dinner and accommodation at the Hotel.
DAY 10: CASABLANCA - TANGER - TARIFA - COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Port to board the ferry and cross the Strait of Gibraltar to Spain. Continuation by coach to the hotel on the Costa del Sol. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 11: COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Granada and its incredible and astonishing monumental environment, the last bastion of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada until 1492. Visit of the world famous complex of the Alhambra and the Generalife Gardens, fountains, gardens, patios that with their sights and sounds have inspired authors like W. Irving in his “Tales of the Alhambra”. Rest of the afternoon free. Accommodation at the hotel. At night, optionally, Zambra Flamenca show in the Sacromonte neighborhood.
DAY 12: GRANADA - TOLEDO - MADRID
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure heading north where, under the Castilian sky and surrounded by the Tagus River, rises the impressive Imperial city of Toledo – a World Heritage Site and cradle of civilizations – where the three cultures, Christians, Muslims and Jews, coexisted. Extract from the art, history and spirituality of the country, the entire city is a National Monument. Brief guided tour of this historic city, strolling through its old town through its narrow streets. Continuation to Madrid. End of our services.
