First thing in the morning, after picking up at the assigned hotels, we headed to Niagara Falls, in the town of the same name, Niagara Falls. Our tour will take us through the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, to again cross the state of New York to its extreme west, border with Canada, where our destination is located. Along the way we can admire the forested landscape of the East Coast. Niagara Falls is not only the city of lovers, a traditional destination for honeymoon trips, but also one of the most important National Parks in the United States. We will be arriving in Niagara Falls-NY in the afternoon. According to the season we will do the Maid of the Mist boat trip (May to October) either that day or the next. Accommodation.
American breakfast. PASSENGERS WITHOUT CANADIAN VISA: We suggest taking the opportunity to visit Goat Island or The Niagara Gorge Discovery Center or the Aerospace Museum. Accommodation. PASSENGERS WITH CANADIAN VISA: We head towards the border to cross the bridge that will take us to the Canadian side continuing towards Toronto, the largest city in Canada where we will make the panoramic visit passing through the Dominion Center, the City Hall, the University of Toronto, Ontario Place. Our visit continues to reach Niagara where there will be time for lunch (not included) and continue with the panoramic visit of Niagara that includes Table Rock, Floral Clock and the Spanish Air Carriage. We will also take a tour of the residential and wine-producing area of Niagara to reach Niagara on the Lake, a beautiful Victorian town,
American breakfast. Today we leave for Washington. It’s a long drive, we’ll say goodbye to Niagara Falls first thing in the morning. Crossing the States of New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland we will cross the Appalachian Mountain range, the most important in all of eastern North America and an attraction in itself. The Appalachian Mountains cross from Newfoundland, in Canada, to Alabama, in the United States and during this journey you will be able to contemplate its impressive heights, slopes full of lush forests and its valleys in a spectacular scenic drive. We continue our journey until we reach the capital city of Washington, DC in the late afternoon. Accommodation.
American breakfast. Departure for the four-hour visit that will take us to the Arlington Cemetery where the tombs of the Kennedy brothers are located; Memorial to President Lincoln, IWO JIMA; the White House (outside); Pennsylvania Avenue and the Capitol. Free afternoon to visit the museums of the Smithsonian Institute. Accommodation.
American breakfast. In the morning we begin our return to New York. Traveling towards the state of Pennsylvania we will pass through Lancaster and the Amish center where we will make a brief visit. We continue to Philadelphia, the city where thirteen colonies declared their independence from England. Upon arrival, a brief visit is made that includes: Elfreth’s road, the old Victorian neighborhood, Benjamin Franklin boulevard with a stop in front of the Museum of Art and the Liberty Bell. We continue our trip to New York. Arrival and accommodation.
